TERMS & CONDITIONS Pre Orders must be paid in full before ordering. No refunds or exchanges are given on Pre Orders as these shoes are specifically ordered to your individual needs. However, if a shoe does not fit or if you decide that the shoe is not for you, I am happy to re add the shoe to my 'stock' providing the shoe has been unused and is in original packing. If the shoe then sells a full refund will be provided. A shoe exchange is possble providing the shoes are unused and in original packing however postage costs will need to be covered. Refunds are given (less postage costs) if required providing the shoes are unused and in original packaging. Payments are taken via Paypal. Special Orders are taken on full payment with no refund or exchange
