Hoka deliveries have arrived and are being despatched.

All shoes are estimated to arrive with customers on or before May 3rd. However, if you live outside the UK this will take longer, deliveries can take 10-14 days.

I sincerely apologise for any delay in sending out SS13 stock. This is an issue that has come about therough Hoka One One France and a new distribution company in China.

I am still missing several items and all customers will be emailed individually.

Our office will work with restricted team until May 12th, 2013.

HOKA will be totally closed on May 1st and from May 8th till 12th.

We fully appreciate your circumstances and are also disappointed that you have not yet received your delivery from France which I understood was planned for the 20th April . I am chasing with Hoka now , will revert back asap.
